Refund & Cancellation Policy

Optional paid items (credit packs and memberships) are sold through Creem checkout. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout. Creem is the merchant of record / payment processor for those purchases.

Purchases are digital entertainment goods and services. In-product credit charges for deep reading are deducted up front; failures and timeouts are refunded as credits under our product rules—this is separate from a money refund of a Creem order.

Money refunds and chargebacks are handled under Creem’s policies and applicable consumer law. Start from your Creem receipt or customer portal when available, and email us at the contact below if you need help. If a payment is refunded or charged back, we may claw back related credits and/or expire membership.

To cancel a subscription, use Creem's customer portal or the cancel/manage links in Creem's emails (or contact us for guidance). Cancellation stops future renewals. Access for the current paid period generally continues until that period ends, unless Creem or the plan terms state otherwise.

Catalog, pricing, and soft-launch features may change. We may refuse or reverse abusive or fraudulent purchases.
